Regular

Regular timing orders are placed into the assigned associate's cue and processed in the sequence submitted.

Editing

Orders encompassing ≤8,000 words of text can be completed within a week (usually 4-6 days) as a regular timing order.

Smaller orders and follow-up editing orders are often returned more quickly.

Larger orders may require more time.

• For 8,001–10,000 words, expect 8~10 days.
• For 10,000–15,000 words, expect 10~12 days.
• For even larger documents, it would be prudent to allow about a week per 10,000 words of text.
• If you have a very large order, you can contact us directly to discuss your timeline.

Translation

The return time for language translation is +2 days beyond the editing schedule because it requires a serial collaboration between two associates.

Writing

The time needed for a writing order depends directly on the starting materials provided.

• If the author provides a rough, but content-comprehensive draft to be rewritten, the order can billed as a superior-level edit with turnarounds in the editing-translation range.
• If the editor needs to add content, with clear prompts for missing content, direct indication of citation sources, and provision of all source materials, turnaround time will be 1.5× the editing schedule above: 12~15 days 8,001–10,000 words, and so on. Small projects (e.g. case reports, letters, etc.) can completed within the editing schedule above.
• If the editor is expected to add content, establish organization, and identify and/or retrieve appropriate resources (even in part), the work will require additional time commensurate with the amount of additional work expected. Allow at least double the editing schedule above. Small projects (e.g. case reports, letters, etc.) can completed in the editing-translation range.

Rush: +40%

If you need your documents back more quickly, you can request rush timing to expedite your turnaround time. Your order will be placed at the very front of the assigned associate's cue and processed ahead of previous orders.

For ≤8,000 words, rush turnaround 2~3 days. Smaller orders can be returned more quickly. Larger orders, translations, and writing orders often require more time. If you have a more urgent deadline than 2-3 days, please contact us to discuss whether it can be met.
