Press release services must be prepaid.

In the order form, select “Writing/consulting” in the drop-down primary service menu, and specify your desired package in the open note to WSR field.

It would be prudent to submit your press release order a week before the intended release date (1) to ensure sufficient time for any follow-up edits or clarifications, and (2) to account for the AAAS approval delay (1-2 business days).

Client confirmation of edited text; application of post-edit requests.
Filling EurekAlert form via our Public Information Officer (PIO) account.
Submission and posting for requested date.
Cost includes $375 EurekAlert filing fee.

        Additional press releases within 12-month period discounted to $450 each.
        Multiple clients are welcome to share PR packs.
        Funds remaining can be applied to future orders with WSR.
