Payment Options

We off a variety of payment options for your convenience. Features and considerations of each option are summarized below.

Credit card (applies instantly)

• Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
• Our OPS is integrated with a highly secure credit card payment processor, allowing payments to be credited automatically at all hours.
• Refunds for overpayment or service downgrade can be made immediately and easily within 180 days.
• Transaction fees deducted from our payment received, no cost to you.

PayPal

• You can use any payment source linked to your PayPal account, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank fund draws.
• PayPal emails us payment alerts, which we then credit to your order. Depending on the time of day, this may be almost instant or many hours (e.g. if it arrives in the middle of the night in the USA). To ensure timely access, don’t wait until the last day to submit a PayPal payment.
• Refunds for overpayment or service downgrade can be made easily within 90 days.
• Transaction fees deducted from our payment received, no cost to you.

Check

• Personal or institutional checks should be paid to Write Science Right and mailed to 5923 Vizzi Ct., Las Vegas, NV 89131 USA.
• For institutional checks with purchase order (PO), send us the PO for document release while payment is in process.
• No transaction cost.
• Overage (e.g. overpayment or service downgrade) applied to deposit account (see below) for future use, or refunded by mailed check.

Bank transfer

• Payer is responsible for ALL bank fees.
• Sender bank fees are highly variable across countries and banks. Sender bank fees do not appear on WSR invoices, and should be paid separately, not deducted from the funds sent.
• Recipient bank fees are always $25. Recipient bank fees will appear on your invoice.
• Send us a copy of the transfer origination receipt or PO (if applicable) for release while payment is in process.
• Overage (e.g. overpayment or service downgrade) applied to deposit account (see below) for future use, or refunded by mailed check.

Deposit (prepay) account

• Prepay for future work and apply payments as you go from your client login page.
• Deposit account balance is shown in your client page.
• To obtain invoice for deposit account invoice for disbursement of institutional/grant funds, use the regular Order Creation form.
• Refunds/adjustments can be made immediately and easily forever.
• Use any of the above payment methods to fund your deposit account.

*If none of the above payment methods are possible, you can send us a payment by Western Union.
